Elliot Park Neighborhood Plan

This plan proposes a mix of townhouses, lofts and high rise units , and commercial retail spaces including re-use of two older structures. Underground parking will be provided for housing units and commercial uses. Elliot Park is located at the southwestern edge of downtown Minneapolis.
This plan will help the neighborhood serve as a transition to the central business district, with townhouses along Park Avenue visually guiding passersby towards the eastern edge of downtown.
