Produce Exchange Lofts

The three story Produce Exchange, a warehouse building at the edge of downtown Saint Paul, was converted in 2003 into ground floor retail and 36 second and third floor loft condominium units, with architectural services by Design for Preservation and Karen Gjerstad, Architect.

The condominium units have open floor plans, featuring original wood floors, tall ceilings, large windows, and many original warehouse elements.
