The Healy Historic District in south Minneapolis features many distinctive late-Victorian houses that had become dilapidated over the years by disrepair and absentee ownership. In the 1990s, the Minneaolis Community Development Agency and Powderhorn Residents’ Group sponsored rehabilitation of three houses to help reinforce local residents’ efforts to revitalize the neighborhood.
