Brunson House
Saint Paul

The Benjamin Brunson House is the oldest brick house in Saint Paul, built in 1858. By 1999, the house was abandoned, the original porch was missing, and the house’s interior was deteriorated. Design for Preservation studied the house’s exterior conditions and provided drawings to rebuild the missing front porch and restore other exterior elements. Non-original stucco was removed and the original brick was repaired.
